HC Deb 11 November 1920 vol 134 c1352
59. Mr. KENYON

asked the Chief Secretary for Ireland whether the proceedings of the court-martial which is trying seven men on a charge of being implicated in the destruction of property at Mallow have yet been concluded; and, if so, what is the result?

Sir ARCHIBALD WILLIAMSON (Parliamentary Secretary, War Office)

My right hon. Friend has asked me to reply. I would refer the hon. Member to my answer on Tuesday last to the hon. Member for Central Hull. As I then stated, none of the seven non-commissioned officers tried by court-martial were proved to have been implicated in the damage done to the town.
