§ Mr. BALDWINThe maximum amount of British Government dollar Treasury Bills outstanding at any moment in the United States of America was $98,005,000 on 30th September, 1919. The total, 1369 which varies from day to day,was $31,540,000 on 8th November, 1920, and will very shortly be reduced to $20,000,000.
