§ Sir A. WILLIAMSONAs regards Waltham, I would refer the hon. and gallant Member to my reply on Monday last to the hon. and gallant Member for Edmonton (Sir A Warren). No discharges have taken place at Enfield for some months, and none are in immediate contemplation.
