asked the Home Secretary whether he is yet in a position to state when he intends bringing in a Bill to amend the Workmen's Compensation Act?

Mr. SHORTT

I would refer the hon. Member to my reply to a similar question on the 26th of last month. The Government are anxious to deal with this subject at the earliest opportunity, but it will not, I fear, be practicable in present circumstances to undertake legislation this Session.
