HC Deb 04 November 1920 vol 134 cc566-7
51. Viscount CURZON

asked the Prime Minister whether the decision not to publish the official account of the Battle of Jutland can be reconsidered, in view of the clearly expressed desire of the House of Commons and the country to this effect?

The PRIME MINISTER

In view of the general wish expressed on Monday for the immediate publication of documents relating to the Battle of Jutland, a Parliamentary Paper will be issued at an early date containing all these documents, whether reports, despatches or signals.

Viscount CURZON

Can the right hon. Gentleman say whether this Report will include the battle orders or not?

The PRIME MINISTER

That I cannot say without notice.
