§ The MINISTER of HEALTH (Dr. Addison)A substitution committee, as recommended by Lord Lytton's Committee, has been set up in the Ministry of Health. The committee consists of a representative of the ex-service men, a representative of the temporary women clerks and an officer of the Establishment Division of the Ministry.
