Mr. TREVELYAN THOMSONasked the Minister of Health whether, in view of the great need for exercising economy in the carrying into effect of the arterial road schemes on which unemployéd labour is to be utilised, he will issue before the close of the year the procedure Regulations so greatly needed by local authorities in the preparation of town planning schemes under the Housing, Town Planning, &c, Act, 1919?
