Sir JOHN BUTCHERasked the Prime Minister whether, in view of the violent Sinn Fein propaganda in this country, in the United States, and other countries, and of the many false and misleading reports that appear in a section of the Press, gravely reflecting on the action of the military and police in Ireland and on the Irish Government, he will arrange that an official weekly précis of the outrages on soldiers and police during the previous week, and of the general situation in Ireland, be issued and made available for publication in the home and foreign Press?
