§ The PRIME MINISTERThe Emir Feisal arrived in this country on Thursday, and was received in audience by His Majesty the King on Saturday. No better indication could be given of the desire of His Majesty's Government for the Emir's continued friendship. The French Ambassador at Rome appears to have refused to grant a visa, for the Emir's journey through France, for lack of instructions from the French Government.
