Captain TUDOR-REESasked the Prime Minister whether the representatives of this country at the meetings of the League of Nations are given instructions by the Government as to the way in which they are to vote; and whether the proposal of one of such representatives, made recently at Geneva, to admit Germany into the League was made with the approval of the Government?
