Mr. PRESTONasked the Minister of Transport if his attention has been drawn to the surface of the country main roads which, though perhaps well adapted to motor traffic, are dangerous and almost impassable for horse traffic; whether he is aware that every day accidents to horse traffic are occurring from this cause; and has the Ministry any remedy to propose?
