§ The POSTMASTER-GENERAL (Mr. Herbert Samuel)The cost of extending the telephone system to Downpatrick would not be justified by the receipts from a call office only. The financial aspect of opening a call office in conjunction with an exchange is, however, being considered, and I hope to be in a position to arrive at a decision shortly.
