"That the Proceedings upon the Second Reading of the Accession Declaration Bill, in Com- mittee on the Civil List Bill, on Consideration of the Lords Amendments to the Census (Great Britain) Bill, and on the adjourned Debate on Consideration of the Lords Amendment to the Small Holdings (No. 3) Bill, if under discussion at Eleven o'clock this night, be not interrupted

under the Standing Order (Sittings of the House), and may be entered upon and proceeded with at any hour, though opposed."
