Amendment proposed— At the end of the Question to add the words, 'But we humbly represent to Your Majesty the great regret of this House that no reference has been made in Your Majesty's Speech regarding a Bill to discontinue the deportation of paupers from England and Wales into Ireland.'"—(Mr. Flavin.)
