§ Ms HewittWe are currently carrying out a detailed analysis of the amended Equal Treatment Directive to identify all changes which may be needed to the Sex Discrimination Act. We used the recent consultation exercise on implementing the Article 13 Employment and Race Directives to consult at the same time on those provisions in the amended Equal Treatment Directive where the line taken is similar.
