§ Ms Hewitt[holding answer 16 May 2003]My Department received a supplementary £1.2 million in 2002–03 and will be given the same amount in 2003–04 and 2004–05 to help improve the resilience of essential services and overall contingency planning in line with Government policy.
These funds have, and will be, allocated on the basis of risk assessments and consequence management.
