§ Lord Williams of MostynIt was agreed at the North-South Ministerial Council plenary meeting in December 1999 that Waterways Ireland's headquarters should be located in Enniskillen. 21WA Subsequently, with the agreement of the North/South Ministerial Council, Waterways Ireland invited design proposals for the construction of a new headquarters building. The estimated cost of the building is £8 million. Any decision to proceed with this project will be a matter for devolved Ministers when devolution is restored.
