§ Ms HewittThe Department was responsible for 100 regulations introduced since 1 January 2001. Of these regulations 83 imposed negligible or no costs on business and eight have saved costs.
Records relating to repealed regulations are not held centrally. The information requested could be obtained and collated only at disproportionate cost.
