§ Ms HewittMy Department has not established a working group of officials to prepare for implementation of the FOI Act. However, the task of preparing the Department has been assigned to the Open Government and Data Protection Unit, with particular responsibilities assigned to relevant officials within the Department. We already have in place a network of Open Government Liaison Officers to support our preparations for and eventual administration of the Act. Arrangements we are setting in place are overseen by the Departmental Board.
