§ Ms HewittThe Department regularly receives representations from industry on the issue of the Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) Regulations 1997 (as amended) for which my right hon. Friend the Minister for the Environment has the responsibility. However, I am not aware of any representations from this particular sector on the definition of packaging waste contained within the Regulations.
