§ Baroness Symons of Vernham DeanIf the changes to MDP jurisdiction proposed in the Armed Forces Bill are enacted, the three Policing Protocols between the Ministry of Defence Police and the Home Department Police Forces will need to be reviewed in order to ensure that responsibility is clearly defined in all circumstances, where, after the changes, both have jurisdiction.
