§ Ms HewittThe White Paper is a priority for both the Department of Trade and Industry and the Department for Culture Media and Sport. It will cover areas such as the economic regulation of broadcasting and telecommunications, content regulation, media ownership and the role of public service broadcasting. It will be published as soon as possible before the end of the year.
