§ Ms ArmstrongThe Government published for consultation on 7 December 1998 a package of proposals aimed at making the home buying and selling process easier and more efficient. The consultation period ends on 31 March. We will consider carefully responses to the consultation in reaching conclusions on action required to improve the process in the interests of all responsible home buyers and sellers.
