§ Ms HewittThe main details of the Government's borrowing programme are set out in Annex B of the Financial Statement and Budget Report, published today. Copies of the financing remits for 1999–2000 set by the Government for the Debt Management Office and for National Savings have been placed in the Libraries of the House. They will also be included in the 1999–2000 Debt Management Report to be published on 17 March, and copies of the Report will be made available to the Libraries of the House on that day. The report will also set out the Government's debt management policy, review the Government's borrowing programme in 1998–99, and give details of the Government's borrowing programme in 1999–2000.
