As Director of the Office for National Statistics (ONS), I have been asked to reply to your question asking what percentage of the population in each parliamentary constituency live in settlements of less than 10,000 people.Mid-year population estimates are not compiled for areas such as parliamentary constituencies or smaller settlements. The lowest level at which these are available is the local authority level.
