§ Ms HewittThe IOSCO report "Securities Activity on the Internet" examined the regulatory and enforcement issues posed by securities activities conducted over the Internet. The Government have found the IOSCO report helpful in considering the issues raised by new technologies in the context of the Financial Services and Markets Bill.
