§ Lord DubsBoth the Government and the Chief Constable wish to see, as quickly as possible, a situation whereby Castlereagh Holding Centre can be closed. While there is currently no plan to build a replacement, the question of closing Castlereagh Holding Centre is kept under continuous review against the background of the prevailing security situation.
