In view of the outcome of civil proceedings taken by the Ministry of Defence against Miss Lindis Percy for trespass on the land owned by the Ministry, resulting in a sentence of nine months' imprisonment on Miss Percy for a breach of injunctions, whether they intend to take steps to have Miss Percy released. § Lord GilbertMs Percy was found guilty of a number of contempts of court for breaching a court order. She was sentenced by the court and it is not for Her Majesty's Government to intervene in respect of that sentence.
