§ Ms ArmstrongThe appointment and conduct of auditors is a matter for the Audit Commission, who may order an extraordinary audit where they consider that a departure from the normal audit cycle is required. My right hon. Friend has no reason to override the role and responsibility of the Audit Commission in the case of Kingshurst Parish Council.
