Whether they will publish a list of the Boards of Visitors at Her Majesty's prisons which do not publish their annual reports. [HL3517]

Of the 130 Boards of Visitors at prison establishments due to submit an annual report to the Home Secretary in 1997, 66 did not publish their report. The establishments in question were as follows:
