How many requests have been made for each year since the coming into operation of the Code of Practice on Access to Government Information for information in the area of law enforcement; how many of these requests were granted in each year; how many of these requests were declined, and for what reason they were declined. No requests were received in 1995, the first full year in which the Code of Practice was in operation.
