§ Lord Williams of MostynThe investigation of any alleged criminal offence would be a matter for the police. The Crown Prosecution Service would consider any evidence submitted by it. I understand that Group 4 (Total Security) Ltd is not undertaking disciplinary proceedings against any of the staff concerned.
