To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer how many and what percentage of live births were(a) under 2,500g, (b) 2,500 to 2,999g, (c) 3,000 to 3,499g, (d) 3,500 to 3,999g and (e) 4,000g and over in (i) Liverpool, (ii) Manchester, (iii) Sheffield and (iv) Leeds in (1) 1993, (2) 1994 and (3) 1995.
