§ Dr. HowellsThe Government are making £90m available this financial year to help with the capital costs needed to create Centres of Excellence for IT and High Technology Training and to provide help with the set up of costs for facilities needed to allow other skills shortages to be addressed; and to help employers with the training required to tackle the Millennium Bug problem.
