§ Mr. PaiceHelp for unemployed people wishing to become self-employed or to start their own business is provided through training for work. The Department also contributes to the work of the Prince's Youth Business Trust which helps disadvantaged young people aged 18 to 29 to set up in business through the provision of grants and loans.
