To ask the Secretary of State for Wales if he will list the Acts with reference to the pertinent clauses, which grant him responsibilities, powers of duties in relation to(a) local government, (b) industrial development, (c) employment and training, (d) Welsh language, arts and recreation, (e) transport, (f) environmental services, (g) relations with the EU, (h) agriculture and (i) health and personal social services. The Welsh Office was established in 1964. Since that date, the main Acts under which the Secretary of State has been granted responsibilities, powers or duties and for which in Wales the Secretary of State for Wales is responsible in relation to(a) local government, (b) industrial development, (c) employment and training, (d) Welsh language, arts and recreation, (e) transport, (f) environmental services, (g) relations with Europe, (h) agriculture and (i) health and personal social services are given in the following list.

With regard to the pertinent clauses, this information could be obtained only at disproportionate cost.
