§ Mr. Jonathan EvansIn the absence of any decision to contract out the functions of official receivers, the question of whether the local office information system, LOIS, will be included in any contract specification has not yet been considered.
Consultants have been engaged by the Insolvency Service to work up a specification, bid documentation and evaluation criteria and will consider matters such as this as part of their work.
