asked Her Majesty's Government:

Whether they will place before Parliament for consideration in draft their periodic reports to the relevant international monitoring bodies under the international human rights treaties to which the United Kingdom is party, including (a) the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights; (b) the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights; (c) the Convention on the Elimination of all forms of Discrimination against Women; (d) the International Convention on the Elimination of all forms of Racial Discrimination; (e) the Convention against Torture and other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment; (f) the Convention on the Rights of the Child; (g) ILO Convention No. 87 concerning Freedom of Association and Protection of the Right to Organise; (h) ILO Convention No. 98 on the Right to Organise and Collective Bargaining; (i) ILO Convention No. 100 on Equal Remuneration; (j) the European Convention on Human Rights; and (k) the European Social Charter.

No. Copies of the UK's final reports under international human rights treaties, which are purely factual, will continue to be deposited in the Libraries of both Houses as soon as they have been submitted to the relevant treaty monitoring body.
