§ The Minister of State, Foreign and Commonwealth Office (Baroness Chalker of Wallasey)Dr. Rudasingwa was in the UK to attend a conference in Oxford on Rwanda. I took the opportunity to have an informative exchange of views with him on the way forward in Rwanda.
