§ Mr. SainsburyThe European Community funds make grants towards the cost of a variety of projects undertaken by various beneficiaries. That part of the cost of each project which is not met by the funds remains the responsibility of the beneficiary.
This is the case not only on Merseyside, but generally, and will continue to be so.
