§ Mr. Kenneth CarlisleI have today announced arrangements which will, in certain circumstances, allow temporary signing from newly upgraded roads of service facilities located off them. Copies of a press notice setting out the requirements a facility must meet in order to qualify for signing, and the circumstances in which signing will subsequently be removed, have been placed in the Library.
