Ms Short

To ask the Secretary of State for Employment how many(a) fatal, (b) major arid (c) minor accidents have occurred on youth training, employment training and employment action in each region and in Great Britain as a whole in each quarter since March 1990; and if she will make a statement.

Table B gives the accident figures for 1991;

Table C gives the accident figures for 1992; and

Table D gives the figures for the first quarter of 1993.

All computer systems within the Lord Chancellor's Department comply fully with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1984, as will all future systems.
