§ Mr. EggarThe "World Energy Outlook to 2010" was produced as a background paper by the IEA secretariat to inform discussion at the IEA ministerial governing board meeting on the 4 June 1993. The IEA secretariat has presented its analysis to member countries at routine IEA meetings, though the report's conclusions are those of the IEA secretariat alone. My Department is examining the details of the report.
