§ Mr. Lennox-BoydThere has been one complaint, in 1989, to the Data Protection Registrar in respect of the diplomatic wing of the Foreign and Commonwealth Office. The registrar found against the complainant, who was requesting access to paper files outwith the act. There has been no complaint in respect of the aid wing of the FCO.
