Information on the average time taken for indictable cases from offence to completion has been collected centrally only since 1985. Data are published at regular intervals in the Home Office Statistical Bulletin series; issue Nos. 24/89 and 8/93 cover the years 1985 to 1992. Copies are available from the Library.
