§ Mr. MacleanThe total number of persons notified to the Home Office as being addicted to class A drugs in west Yorkshire in 1992 is given in table A3 of the Home Office statistical bulletin "Statistics of drug addicts notified to the Home Office, United Kingdom, 1992" (area tables). It is impossible to estimate the total number of class A drug users because of the clandestine nature of drug misuse.
The number of persons found guilty or cautioned for offences against the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 in west Yorkshire is given in table A2.1 of the Home Office statistical bulletin "Statistics of drugs seizures and offenders dealt with, United Kingdom, 1991" (area tables).
