§ Mr. Charles WardleThe chief constables of the four Welsh police forces are not aware that kerb crawling is a particular problem in Wales. Any complaints made by the public about specific incidents will be thoroughly investigated. The police themselves occasionally mount an operation to deal with kerb crawling in residential areas.
