§ Mr. Douglas HoggInformation of the following nature has not been released to the relatives of victims or otherwise into the public domain
(1) information the protection of which is necessary to ensure effective security at present and in the future in the United Kingdom;(2) information the disclosure of which would impair the effective investigation, detection and prosecution of crime in general;(3) information which is relevant to questions of criminal responsibility which may arise in criminal proceedings and the disclosure of which might prejudice criminal proceedings.
