§ Mr. GoodladWe are deeply concerned about the situation in Tibet, including the human rights issues mentioned in the European Parliament resolution, and are in close contact with our European Community partners about further measures to follow up the EC statement of 1 June. We support the principle of free access by humanitarian agencies.
