Whether they will publish the names of the members (and the organisations they represent or with which they are permanently associated) of the national safety committee and the district committees established pursuant to the report of the Hayes Inquiry into the "Marchioness" disaster.

The Earl of Caithness

The national committee is chaired by Michael Jackson of the Department of Transport.
